Account data: name, email, phone, and the role you sign up as. Verification data: identity and business documents (KYC / KYB), selfies, and agent collateral proof. Transaction data: amounts, currencies, counterparties, payment references, and ledger records. Technical data: IP address, device and log information used for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

To provide and settle transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud and money laundering, calculate fees, resolve disputes, comply with law, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

We share the minimum necessary information with the counterparties to a transaction (for example, an agent sees the reference and phone for a payment they are verifying), with service providers who help us run the platform, and with authorities where required by law. Verification documents are visible only to our reviewers.

4. Retention

We retain account, transaction, and verification records for as long as your account is active and for the period required by financial regulations after closure. The transaction ledger is append-only and immutable by design.

5. Security

We protect data in transit and at rest, restrict access to your information, hash credentials, and monitor for abuse. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data and will notify you of incidents as required by law.
